Racking is a versatile adjustable system, designed to suit almost any application - such as high rise narrow aisle or raised storage levels, to fully automated 6 applications on mobile racking.
Upright End frames (Vertical Frames)
Each end frame comprises of the "Bottle" shaped Upright sections each with either 9 - 1 1 corners rolled into the section.
A variety of Bolt On or Welded base plates are available to spread the load according to the floor requirements and Loads imposed.
The bracing is bolted to the uprights sections using MI0 x 65 mm Hi Tensile Bolts and nuts.
Upright end frames are available in Five different strength grades namely Light, Standard, Medium, Heavy and Extra Duty;
Light Duty Frames: Carry capacity of 6,000 kg each. The roll is formed from 1.6 mm Commercial Grade material.
Standard Frames: Carry capacity of 8,000 kg each. The roll is formed from 2.0 mm Commercial Grade material.
Medium Frames: Carry capacity of 12,000 kg each. The roll is formed from 2.5 mm Commercial Grade material.
Heavy Duty Frames: Carry capacity of 16,000 kg each. The roll is formed from 2.5 mm Commercial Grade material.
Extra Heavy Frames: Carry capacity of 24,000 kg each. The roll is formed from 1.6 mm Commercial Grade material.
*Above rating based on 1 m beam centres. All bracing used to make up the End Frames are roll formed from 1.6 mm Hot Rolled, Commercial Quality steel.
This unique structure has earned international recognition for the manner in which the beams lock against the upright side, ensuring greater rigidity and better weight distribution to the uprights.
Seamless Beam Sections are roll formed on a specialised tube mill from 1.6 mm, 2.0 mm and 2.5 mm thick Commercial Grade material.
Instead of having two C sections joined by welding, as in the case with boxed sections, the section is formed from coil, rolled to a round section, induction welded to join, and then formed to a rectangular section of either 90 or 125 mm high. Sections remain 50 mm wide, but are available in all the different thicknesses to ensure safe Loading according to the product stored.
The seamless section offers less deflection under maximum loads and achieved as much as half of the deflection allowed by SEMA when compared to boxed beams.
All previously supplied boxed sections are still available, i f required.
Being a bolted system further ensures that the minimum amount is spent on maintenance, as only the needed components will be replaced and not entire frames. This system is renowned for its durability and competitive pricing.
Raw Material Specification Uprights: Hot rolled prime commercial quality: 1.6 mm, 2.0 mm & 2.5 mm thick.
Bracing: Hot rolled prime commercial quality: 1.6 mm & 2.0 mm thick.
Beams: Hot rolled prime commercial quality: 1.6 mm, 2.0 mm & 2.5 mm thick.
Beam Connectors: KHRl deep drawn: 3.5 mm thick.
Footplates: Cold rolled prime commercial quality: 3.5 mm - 10.0 mm thick.
Stacksure's continued research and development plans has resulted in another patented racking production. The seamless beams are now complemented with an integrated connector. This unique feature ensures a continued length of beam section, with no welding of connectors to the section. This increases the strength of the beam section, ensuring visual aesthetics to compliment the overall system, whilst improving manufacturing efficiencies and reducing costs.
Stacksure racking systems are available in a variety of applications such as:
Static Racking Mobile Racking Drive In / Through Racking Push Back Racking Live Racking
